Don't get put off by the name! I thought coaching was only for "real" runners and would be very scary for a mere shuffler like me. I was wrong, the experience was fantastic - friendly, supportive and fun. Andy gave me loads of top tips which not only helped me complete my first Ultra, but helped me to complete it with a huge smile on my face pretty much the whole way round! I would recommend coaching with Andy to anyone, at any stage of their running career.
The best card to take travelling!
This is the card that worked everywhere my bank card wouldn't (everywhere!!!) and whose customer service is exceptional. Can't recommend it highly enough if you're off travelling or for pre paid spending on the net.

Gearforgirls has a great range of outdoor gear and their prices are always extremely competitive. Their customer service is second to none too and I can't recommend them highly enough. They are the reason I look so chic while out running...........(well, nothing wrong with having ambitions mixed with a little self delusion!)
